Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
